A former lawyer and judge, who obtains the Bachelor's degree in Shari'ah (Islamic Law) in 2003 G – 1424 H. and holds a Master degree from the Higher Judicial Institute in Riyadh, in addition to a Ph.D. degree in Comparative Jurisprudence from the Islamic University of Madinah. Moreover, he has 19 years of experience as a member of the Saudi Judiciary and considerable experience specializing in judicial work and, after judicial work, in the law and legal consulting sector. He is one of the founders of the judiciary and enforcement courts, his experience in executive and collectible disputes of funds and executive bonds is considerable. Therefore, he will be a distinctive addition due to his experience in the judicial aspect, as being experienced in working with laws and able to understand their formulation in terms and meanings. This is in addition to his extensive experience in reviewing certain laws and regulations relating to the judiciary and judicial affairs through committees held in the Supreme Judicial Council, such as the enforcement law, its implementing regulations, the law of alternative sanction and some laws related to judicial affairs, and the qualification and training of judges.
